2- With five years’ service in Pay Level 12 (Rs.78800 – 209200) of pay matrix of 7th CPC rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
3- With ten years’ service in the Pay Level 11 (Rs. 67700 – 208700) of pay matrix of 7th CPC rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
