• The candidates must have relevant experience in Railway Rolling stock or railway Electrification or Railway signalling and Telecommunication.

For Additional General Manager-

• Contract– The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 260000.
• Deputation– The selected candidate will get parent pay plus deputation allowances and other applicable allowances.
• Re-employment- The selected candidate will get a salary in level 13/13A per month.

For Director-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly remuneration between Rs.180000 to 340000 (IDA) and other allowances as per the committee or in equivalent CDA pay scale in case of deputation basis.
