Qualifications and Experience for MRPL Recruitment 2024:

For Assistant Engineer (Fire):

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering in fire or fire safety.

For Assistant Executive(Secretarial):

• Candidates should have an Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

For Manager (Safety):

• Candidates should have a Graduate Degree in Engineering with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate and Post Graduate (PG) Diploma in Industrial Safety with a minimum of 60% marks) as per Factories Act 1948 and Karnataka Factories Rules 1969.
• Candidates shall also fulfil the provisions stipulated in the Factories Act 1948 and Rule 88A of the Karnataka Factories Rules 1969.

Experience:

• Candidates shall have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification industrial experience in a Supervisory capacity in the relevant field in Refinery/Petrochemicals/ Continuous Process Industries.
• Candidates applying from the government or public sector must have a minimum of one year experience in the next lower pay scale i.e. should be working in one scale of pay below the post applied for i.e. IDA pay scale of Rs. 70000–200000.
• This will not apply to candidates working in government or CPSE on the same pay scale or above as the post applied for.

Age limit for MRPL Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of MRPL Recruitment 2024, the age limits of the candidates are listed below:

• The minimum age limit for the post of Assistant Engineer (Fire) in the Unreserved (UR) category should be 27 years, and for the OBC (NCL) category, it must be 30 years.
• The minimum age limit for the post of Assistant Executive (Secretarial) in the OBC (NCL) category should be 30 years.
• The minimum age limit for the post of Manager (Safety) in the Unreserved (UR) category should be 40 years.
