Myntra is hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Styling at their Bangalore location. This role understands a brand ethos and executes shoots accordingly Well versed with varied lighting, background set ups and overall styling language for multiple brands.

What will you be doing:

Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines

Explain guidelines to hair and makeup artists

Provide feedback to Junior stylists on functional aspects

Undertakes special projects and ensure end to execution of the same

Decisively troubleshoots styling challenges on-set using knowledge of visual brand

Analyzes studio productivity and develops and implements process improvements

Assists with creating training and SOP materials.

Qualifications for this Job:

Relevant Experience: 4 – 6 years

Willingness to stretch

Should be a team player

Adherence to timelines

Should be up-to-date with current fashion trends

An eye for style and attention to detail

Should be able to work under high pressure without compromising on quality

Ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas to improve the visual appeal of the product

Take ownership of tasks assigned and should ensure the smooth functioning of the studio

Ability to understand & react accurately to business requirements

Ability to manage and lead a team to ensuring maximum impact
