NABARD Recruitment 2025: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is looking for interested and eligible candidates to fill the post of Bank Medical Officer (BMO) on contract basis. The candidates applying for the position mentioned here should have an MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India. The applicants should have a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner. Candidates having a postgraduate degree in General medicine can also apply. The selected candidates will be given Rs.1000 per hour for the first three years of contractual service and Rs.1200 per hour on completion of three years of contractual service. Out of the total monthly remuneration so payable, a sum of Rs.1000/- per month may be treated as a conveyance expense. As such, no separate conveyance charges are payable.
According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2025, the term of appointment will be executed on a contractual basis. The initial term for the tenure will remain valid for an appropriate period of five years, renewable on completion of the contract, upto the age of 70 years, subject to performance review. The selection of the applicable candidates will be done based on an Interview organized by the committee. The shortlisted applicants/ s, after the interview, will be subjected to medical tests/ submit a Medical Fitness Certificate as per prescribed norms, before engagement as BMO.
