Desirable Experience for NALCO Recruitment 2022:

The applicant should possess adequate project execution/ management experience/ exposure at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least 5 years during the last 10 years should have been in Mining/ Mineral Sector.

Experience in the metallurgy sector, especially in integrated aluminum projects, is desirable.
