Tenure Period for NBT Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of NBT Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for three years extendable by a maximum of one year. 

Age Limit for for NBT Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NBT Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for this recruitment is 56 years.

Eligibility for for NBT Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NBT Recruitment 2023. Candidates applying for the NBT Recruitment 2023 must have the following eligibility.

Joint Director 

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
• Post Graduate Diploma in book publishing with specialization in production, or three years Diploma in Printing Technology.
• 10 years experience in production in a senior managerial capacity in a leading publishing house or an autonomous organization engaged in printing activities

Deputy Director (Art) 

• A degree in commercial/ applied art from a recognized institution.
• 7 years experience in commercial/ applied art.
• Experience in designing books, including the preparation of illustrations, color designs, jacket design, and layout for books and magazines, posters, and press advt. etc. in a reputed institution/organization

Desirable

• Experience in exhibition display and photography.
•  Knowledge of the production of books.

Deputy Director (Cost & Finance)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a  recognized University.
• Member of ICWA of India/Chartered accountant of India or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, and auditing work at the managerial level.
•  Knowledge of Govt. Financial Rules.

Regional Manager

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing in a Managerial position in a reputed publishing house of the public sector or private sector.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi and at least one of the major Indian languages

Desirable- MBA

Incumbents holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR With 5 years of regular service in posts in the Pay Matrix of Rs.56100-177500, Level-10 or equivalent. In the govt./ state govt./ semi govt./autonomous organizations and possessing qualifications as prescribed.

Salary for for NBT Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NBT Recruitment 2023,  Selected candidates will get a post-wise salary.

Applicants appointed for Joint Director will get a monthly salary range between Rs.78800 toRs.209200 and for Deputy Director, and Regional Manager post applicants will get a monthly salary range between Rs.67700 toRs.208700,

Selection Procedure for NBT Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NBT Recruitment 2023, Shortlisted candidates will be called of an Interview in New Delhi.
