NCRTC Recruitment 2023: National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is seeking applications from interested and eligible candidates to fill the requirement of Manager (Operations) on direct recruitment basis. The selected candidate will be posted at the Pay Level Rs.60000-180000 (E-3) as per the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Notification. There is only one vacancy for the Post. The candidate to be eligible for the role should be an Engineering Graduate.

The Corporation is offering an attractive pay, perks, and allowances attached to the post/ grade as per company policy. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the office/ workplace of NCRTC, during the course of their service. The selected candidate will be posted at the Pay Level Rs.60000-180000 (E-3).
Educational Qualification:
The eligible candidate should be an Engineering Graduate.
Experience:
The candidate should have a Minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience at the Executive level (E2 /L9 & above) or a Minimum of 06 years of experience working in the Private Sector.
Detail of Experience:
He/She Should have experience in developing operations plans/ procedures. – OCC/DCC/CC management/ Operations training, – Train headway analysis. – Safety measures. – Station management etc.
Candidates currently working with Govt. org./ CPSEs/ Metro Rail Corporation & Govt. Instrumentalities
CDA Scales:
Manager (E3) In pay-scale Rs. 67700- 208700 (L-11) OR 3 years in Rs. 56100- 177500 (L-10)/ Rs.53100-167800 (L-9)
IDA Scales:
In pay-scale Rs.60000 – 180000 (E-3), OR
3 years in Rs. 50000- 160000 (E-2)
Candidates currently working with Private Sector Companies.
Having an annual pay package of Rs. 16 Lakhs.

According to the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 notification, soon after submission of the online application, a print-out of the same along with supporting documents should be sent to the Career Cell, HR Department, National Capital Region Transport Corporation, GatiShakti Bhawan, INA, New Delhi – 110023, address through post/ by hand within 5 days from closing of the applications.
