NEET Result 2024 Controversy: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2024 results on June 4, 2024. After the result release numerous parents and children raised objections regarding the examination, result release and the evaluation process. Today a big student group from the Students’ Federation of India (SFI) gathered together for the protest against the National Test Agency, NTA on the irregularities in the NEET 2024 exam.
Approximately a hundred workers from the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), a student wing of the RSS came onto the streets in Jabalpur to protest the alleged irregularities in the NEET UG 2024 results.
On Monday, at the city’s Ghanta Ghar students gathered and raised slogans against the National Test Agency, NTA as it is the body responsible for organising the NEET UG Examination and also for the result declaration. Hence according to the students, the same body is responsible for irregularities raised in the NEET UG examination this year, 2024.
Medical students stressed due to the irregularities made by NTA have raised their voices on social media. Students are requesting to cancel the NEET UG exam result and have appealed for a re-examination. Numerous objections have been raised on a topic i.e., “How candidates can get scores like 718 and 719 in NEET UG? as it is not at all possible as per the marking scheme”.
Numerous student associations, academicians, and politicians have gathered together demanding a fair and transparent exam system under NTA. Medical students have requested the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the suspected paper leak and other anomalies in the NEET exam 2024.
