NHAI Recruitment 2022: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for recruitment to the General Manager (Legal) Group‘A’ post on a Deputation Basis. There is only one vacancy for the Post. The selected candidate will be placed in (Rs. 37400 – 67000) with Grade Pay Rs. 8700 [Prerevised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 13 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC].

The age of the candidate shall not exceed 56 years. Candidates are requested to apply for the job post before the deadline. Essential Educational Qualification:

(i) Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute;

and

Experience:

(ii) 14 years experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs. 5400(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or higher, out of which 7 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/
legislative matters/ land acquisition.

Salary Details for NHAI Recruitment 2022

Pay Band-3 – 15600- 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs6600 (equivalent to Level 11 of Pay Matrix as per 7th Pay.

Probation for NHAI Recruitment 2022:

The period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization /department, shall ordinarily be 03 years, which may be extended for another 01 years with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI. Further, extension beyond the 4th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.
