NHAI Recruitment 2023: National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited(NHIPMPL) is looking for qualified candidates for 07 various positions. According to the official Recruitment 2023 advertisement of NHAI there are 10 vacancies in total for the various posts. The terms of employments are initially for a period of 3 years contract which may be extended for further period based on performance and mutual consent.

Qualification Required for NHAI Recruitment 2023 notification is given below.
1. Project Manager: The candidate should have a BE/B.tech Civil, Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company.
2. Manager-Finance and Accounts: The selected candidate should hold a CA/CMA, Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company.
3. Manager – Highway Maintenance: The selected candidate should have a BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 5 years of experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company.
4. Manager-HR & Admin: The candidate selected for the Post should hold an MBA-HR-Regular has, Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant Sector.
5. Assistant Manager- Admin: The candidate should have an MBA/BBA or Equivalent, Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant Sector.
6. Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: The candidate should have a BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Highways/Road Sector Company. LLB Preferred.
7. Accountant: The candidate should have a CA/CMA with a Minimum of 1 year of experience or M.com/B.com with a minimum of 3 years of Experience in a Highways/Infra Sector Company.
Post-wise salary details for NHAI Recruitment 2023 are given below:
1. Project Manager: The selected candidate will be placed at Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600.
2. Manager-Finance and Accounts: The selected candidate will be placed at Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600.
3. Manager – Highway Maintenance: For the given post the selected candidate will be paid Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600.
4. Manager-HR & Admin: For the given post the candidate selected will be placed in Pay Band-15600-39100 Grade Pay-6600.
5. Assistant Manager- Admin: The selected candidate will be placed at Pay Band-9300-34800 Grade Pay-4800.
6. Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: The selected candidate will be placed at Pay Band-9300-34800 Grade Pay-5400.
7. Accountant: The selected candidate will be placed at Pay Band-5200-20200 Grade Pay-2800.
