Post Name and Vacancies for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Nationals Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is recruiting aspirants to fill up the post of Joint Advisor in Product Manager, Data Scientist, GIS Specialist, Member (Project), and Member (Technical) on a contractual basis.  There are 07 vacant seats available for the above post.

Age limit for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the Joint Advisor in  Product Manager, Data Scientist, GIS Specialist post should not exceed the age of 48 years.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the applicant appointed as Joint Advisor in  Product Manager, Data Scientist, and GIS Specialist, post on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year in the first instance, which may be further extended on yearly basis up to two more years, based on the requirements of the NHAI and the satisfactory performance.

The candidate hired as Member (Project), and Member (Technical) post will be appointed for a tenure period of a period of 03 years and should be eligible for re-appointment for a further term of 02 years which may be extended for a further period of 02 years.

Eligibility of NHAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for Member (Project), and Member (Technical) posts should have the following eligibility.

• Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates should be employed in the Central Government or a State Government Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under the law for the time being in force.
• Candidates holding an analogous post in Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000-79000(6th CPC) / level 15 of pay matrix under 7th CPC. OR
  Candidates should have at least three years of regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of pay band-4 with a pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs. 10000/- (6th CPC)/ level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC. OR
• Candidates should hold at least twenty-five years’ regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the pay band-3 with a pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs.5400/- (6th CPC) /level 10 of pay matrix under 7th CPC and above out of which at least one year’ regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-(6th CPC)/ level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC.
• Candidates should have eighteen years of experience in the field of Highway Engineering related to the implementation of the projects.

Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the NHAI Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Joint Advisor (Product Manager)

Candidate should have a Degree OR Post Graduate Diploma OR Post Graduate Program in Science / Technology/ Engineering / Business / Management/ Public Policy/ Design.

Joint Advisor (Data Scientist)

Candidate should have a Degree OR Post Graduate Diploma OR Post Graduate Program in Science / Technology/ Engineering / Business / Management / Economics / Public Policy/ Data Science.

Joint Advisor (GIS Specialist)

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Traffic and Transportation Planning/ Urban Planning/ Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing/ Civil Engineering /Geology.

Joint Advisor (Product Manager)

Aspirants should have a minimum of 3 years of product management experience.

Joint Advisor (Data Scientist)

Aspirants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in data science.

Joint Advisor (GIS Specialist)

Aspirants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in case possessing a bachelor’s Degree and 3 years in case of a Master’s Degree. Should possess experience in GIS-based analysis such as algorithms, planning, network optimization or modeling, service area calculations, visualizations, etc.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, candidates selected for  the Joint Advisor post will get a monthly consolidate pay of Rs.125000 and candidate selected for the Member post will get a monthly salary at Level 15 of the Pay Matrix.
