NHAI Recruitment 2023: Nationals Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is seeking candidates for the Chief General Manager (Technical) position on a deputation. As mentioned in the Official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, applicants will be hired for a tenure of 03 years which may be extended for another 01 years with the approval of the Chairman, of NHAI. In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, there are 06 open positions for this position. Candidates will be selected through Selection Committee.
According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit should not exceed 56 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly payment of Rs.144200 to Rs.218200. As mentioned in the Official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, applicants will be hired for a tenure of 03 years which may be extended for another 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, of NHAI. Further, extension beyond the 4th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.

In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, Candidates applying for the Chief General Manager (Technical) post must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
As given in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, Candidates must have completed 17 years of service as Group “A” employees in the CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC, or higher on a regular basis, with a minimum of 10 years of that experience being in the implementation of infrastructure related to highways, roads, and bridges.
As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, applicants will get PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with
Grade Pay Rs.10000 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level-14 (Rs.144200-218200) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, Candidates will be selected through Selection Committee.
