Manager-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Level-11 (Rs.67700-208700) / (pre-revised) PB-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.6600

The Eligibility Criteria for NHAI Recruitment 2024 is given below-

For Deputy Manager-

From officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions affiliated to Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:-

• Holding analogous post in parent cadre in the pay scale of Level 12 of pay matrix (Rs.78800-209200) or equivalent Or With 04 (four) years’ regular service in the post in parent cadre in the pay scale of Level 11 of pay matrix (Rs.67700- 208700) or equivalent Or With 09 (nine) years’ regular service in the Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs.56100-177500) or equivalent in the parent Cadre/department.

For Manager-

From officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions affiliated to Government of India or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:-

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the pay scale of Level 11 of Pay Matrix (Rs.67700-208700) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; Or With 04 (four) years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in the pay scale of Level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs.56100-177500) or equivalent in th parent cadre/ department; Or With 08 (eight) years’ regular service in the post in Pay Level  – 8 of Pay Matrix (Rs.47600-151100/-) or equivalent in the Parent Cadre / department.

Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2024.

Candidates must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• Candidates must have Three years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges
