National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is recruiting qualified candidates for the post of Chief General Manager, General Manager and Deputy General Manager. There are 04 vacant seats available for NHAI Recruitment 2024.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for NHAI Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Chief General Manager and General Manager will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.67000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.39100.

Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

The maximum age limit is not more than 56 years for applying to NHAI Recruitment 2024.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

The appointment of NHAI Recruitment 2024 is made on a deputation basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended for 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI. Further extension beyond 4th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to satisfactory performance.

Qualification and Experience for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to NHAI Recruitment 2024 as described below-

• The applicant should have a degree in law from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

For Chief General Manager-

• The applicant should have 17 years service as Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis out of which 07 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

For General Manager-

• The applicant should have 14 years experience in the pay scale of Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher, out of which 07 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration / legislative matters/land acquisition.

For Deputy General Manager-

• The applicant should have 09 years experience in the pay scale of Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher, out of which 06 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration / legislative matters/land acquisition.
