According to the official NHDC Recruitment 2024 notification, candidate appointed for Management Trainee in (F&A) and (Technical – Commercial) after successful completion of training period, which will 06 months for Management Trainee in (F&A) and 01 year for Management Trainee in (Technical – Commercial) may be absorbed as an Officer (Comm./F&A)) on probation for 01 year, subject to the requirement of the corporation and suitability of the candidate.
According to the official notification of NHDC Recruitment 2024, candidate need to serve on Probation period of 01 years, except Management Trainee in (F&A) and (Technical – Commercial) posts.
