NHPC Recruitment 2022: NHPC was incorporated with the objective to become a world-class, diversified, and transnational organization for the sustainable development of hydroelectric power and water resources. NHPC is inviting applications for the post of Director (Technical). Director (Technical) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 45 years. The remuneration paid is between Rs. 180000 to Rs. 340000 p.m.

Post Name- Director (Technical)

Job Description- The candidate is responsible for formulating the Corporate objectives and policies with respect to entire gamut of engineering activities from concept to commissioning of hydropower stations consistent with the Corporate mission of achieving technological excellence in the field of hydropower generation within and outside the country.

Tenure- The appointment is for a period of 5 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Age for NHPC Recruitment 2022:

For Internal- The minimum age limit is 45 years.

Maximum- 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.

For Others- The minimum age limit is 45 years.

Maximum– 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.

Qualification for NHPC Recruitment 2022:

i. The applicant should be an engineering graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/Institute.

ii. The applicants with Civil, Mechanical & Electrical, and /or MBA/PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.

Experience for NHPC Recruitment 2022:

The applicant should have at least 5 years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in construction/planning/design & engineering/operation and maintenance of Hydro Electric Projects/Power Generation (above 100 MW).
