NIA Recruitment 2024: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting eligible retired Police Officers/Officials of the Central and State governments for an engagement of an Investigation Expert (Consultant). The chosen candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 01 year with provision of extension maximum upto 05 years or the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, per the official NIA Recruitment 2024 notification. Candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in an Interview.

Candidate must possess a Graduate degree with at least 10 years of experience in handling criminal investigation cases or intelligence work or counter-terrorism to apply for NIA Recruitment 2024. The maximum age limit for the designated position must not exceed 65 years old in order to apply for NIA Recruitment 2024.
Based on the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, the candidate must hold a Graduate degree from a recognised university.
Candidates applying for the NIA Recruitment 2024 should have Retired Police Officers of State/Central Police Organizations, IB, NTRO, Cabinet Secretariat, Customs, Income Tax, DRI, DRDO etc.
According to the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, the candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in handling of criminal investigation cases or intelligence work or counter terrorism.
According to the official NIA Recruitment 2024 notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a term period of 01 year with the option of a maximum extension of up to 05 years or till the age of 65, whichever comes first.
The successful candidate would receive a fixed remuneration by deducting their basic pension from the last pay drawn at the time of retirement (last pay drawn- basic pension = remuneration), as per the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024.
