For Inspector-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary in Level-7 in Pay Matrix (pre-revised PB-2 (Rs 9300- Rs. 34800) with Grade Pay Rs 4600.

For Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary in Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35400- to Rs. 112400) (pre-revised PB-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. 4200).

For Head Constable-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary in Level-4 in Pay Matrix (Rs 25500 – 81700) (pre-revised PB-1 5200-20,200 with Grade pay of Rs. 2400)

Age Limit for NIA Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024, the age limit is given below:

• The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Eligibility Criteria for NIA Recruitment 2024:

For Assistant Sub Inspector-

• The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-
• The candidate should Hold analogous posts on a regular basis. OR
• The candidate should have One rank up if, HCs (pay scale PB-1 with GP 2400 pre-revised) with 5 years of regular services in the grade, and Education university. Graduation from a recognized.

Experience –

• The candidate should have experience of at least 02 years in the field of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work operations or information technology management.

For Head Constable-

• Officers of the Central ог State Police Organization or State Police organizations or Government Intelligence agency or other investigation bodies;
  Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. And
  The candidate should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th class pass or equivalent from any recognized Board of the University.

For Inspector-

• The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:
  Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
  The candidate should have 5 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-2 of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4200/ in the parent cadre or department.

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university; And

For Sub Inspector-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. And

Experience –

• The candidate should have experience of two years in handling cases of investigation of criminal intelligence work or operation cases, or Information Technology cases or Training in counter-terrorism.
