NPCC Recruitment 2022: NPCC Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I premier Schedule ‘B’ CPSU, is a subsidiary of WAPCOS Limited, is inviting applications from desirous and eligible candidates for the posts of Manager (Finance) and Deputy Manager (Finance) on regular basis. As per NPCC Recruitment 2022 Notification the age limit for the Post of Manager (Finance) should not be above 35 years and the age of the selected candidate for the Post of Dy. Manager (Finance) should not be above 30 years as of 30.11.2022.

As per NPCC Recruitment Notification 2022 the last date for submission of the application will be 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.

Age-Limit for NPCC Recruitment 2022:

The age limit for the Post of Manager (Finance) should not be above 35 years.

The age of the selected candidate for the Post o Dy. Manager (Finance) should not be above 30 years as of 30.11.2022.

Qualifications for NPCC Recruitment 2022:

Required Essential Qualification:

CA/CMA

Required Essential Post-Qualification Experience:

Candidate must have 08 years post qualification experience:

i) if working on a regular basis in PSU/Government, then out of 08 years,:

a) 2 years experience in one step below post in the scale of pay of Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA 3rd PRC) OR Rs. 16400-40500(2nd IDA) OR 6th CDA pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 GP-Rs. 5400 OR PB Level 9 (7th Pay CDA) or equivalent,

OR

ii) if working on a contract basis in PSU/Government, then out of 08 years:

a) 2 years experience in one step below post in the scale of pay of Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA 3rd PRC) OR Rs. 16400-40500(2nd IDA) OR 6th CDA pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 GP-Rs. 5400 OR PB Level 9 (7th Pay CDA) or equivalent,

OR

b) Drawing consolidated remuneration of Rs. 6 lacs Per annum.

OR otherwise,

iii) drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs. 6 Lacs, per annum if working in Non-Government Sector. The pay certificate and Form 16 to be attached in support of the salary drawn. The candidate should be working in a Public listed company on the date of application, as well as, at the time of interview (if shortlisted). Knowledge of IndAS, Tally 9 ERP, and GST work is desirable.

a) 2 years experience in one step below post in the scale of pay of Rs. 30000-120000 (IDA 3rd PRC) OR Rs. 12600-32500(2nd IDA) OR 6th CDA pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 GP-Rs. 4200 OR PB Level 6(7th Pay CDA) or equivalent,

OR

ii) if working on a contract basis in PSU/Government, then out of 03 years :

a) 2 years experience in one step below post in the scale of pay of Rs. 30000-120000 (IDA 3rd PRC) OR Rs. 12600-32500(2nd IDA) OR 6th CDA pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 GP-Rs. 4200 OR PB Level 6 (7th Pay CDA) or equivalent

b) Drawing consolidated remuneration of Rs. 3 lacs. Per annum.

OR otherwise,

iii) drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs. 3 Lacs. per annum, if working in Non-Government Sector. The pay certificate and Form 16 are to be attached in support of the salary drawn. The candidate should be working in a Public listed company on the date of application, as well as, at the time of interview (if shortlisted).

Pay Scale for NPCC Recruitment 2022:

The selected candidate will be placed at E-2 (Rs. 50000 – 160000) (IDA – 3rd PRC).

The eligible candidate will be placed at E-1 (Rs. 40000 – 140000 (IDA) (3rd PRC IDA revised).
