NTPC Recruitment 2023: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) is looking for eligible candidates to fill up 120 vacancies for the posts of Assistant Executive and Assistant Commercial Executive (Electrical). As given in the official notification of NTPC recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 35 years. According to the official notification of NTPC recruitment 2023, the candidate will be engaged for a period of 3 years which can be extended further up to 2 years. The selected candidate for the post of Assistant Executive and Assistant Commercial Executive will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 55000.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC category candidates have to pay Rs. 300 as the application fee and ST/SC/PwBD/Ex-serviceman category candidates are exempted from fee payment. Relaxation will be given as below-
The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 10 years for PwBD candidates. 5 years age relaxation for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the period 01.01.80 to 31.12.89. Relaxation of age to Ex-Serviceman as per Government guidelines.
According to the official notification of NTPC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the post of Assistant Executive and Assistant Commercial Executive will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 55000.
As mentioned in the notification of NTPC recruitment 2023, the qualifications required to apply for the posts is given below-
For Assistant Executive (Operations)- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience– Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Operation / Maintenance of power plant with installed capacity of 100 MW or more.
For Assistant Commercial Executive (Electrical)- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University! Institution, Candidate must have appeared & qualified in Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering (GATE) – 2022. Candidate shall be shortlisted for document verification based on GATE-2022 performance, from amongst the candidates who apply against this vacancy in NTPC. Corresponding GATE-2022 Paper Code: EE.
