Odisha Police Recruitment 2024: The Odisha Police is inviting online applications from eligible and hard-working candidates for Junior Clerk Posts in the District Police Office (DPO) cadre in Odisha Police. The minimum age requirement for candidates is 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 38 years. Selected candidates will get monthly remuneration in the pay band Rs.5200- Rs.20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900 i.e. Rs.19900 in Cell-1 of Level-4 of Pay Matrix of ORSP-2017. As per the official notification of Odisha Police Recruitment 2024, the selection of candidates for the post of Jr. Clerk shall consist of a Written Test and a Practical Skill Test on a Computer. The standard of examination for each subject shall be equivalent to that of the Higher Secondary Examination. The written test shall comprise of two papers. There will be no viva voce test.
The Written Test shall comprise two Papers, Paper I and Paper II. Details of the subjects and marks of the Papers are given below.
Only those shortlisted candidates, who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written test, as fixed by the Board shall be called for the Practical Skill Test on Computer.
The Practical Skill Test on Computer shall also be of a qualifying nature.
