The candidate must have been born not earlier than 2-01-1979 and not later than 1-01-2023.

Qualifications and Experience for Odisha Public Service Commission Recruitment 2024:

For Anaesthesiology-

• The candidate should have M.D. /M.S. (Anesthesiology) with 01-year post PG Senior Resident in Anesthesia.Or
• The candidate should have DNB (Anesthesia) Training from an institution having 500 or more beds from NMC/MCI recognised M.D./M.S. (Anesthesiology) course with 01 year post PG Senior Resident in Anesthesiology.Or
• The candidate should have DNB (Anesthesia) Training from an institution having less than 500 beds with 02 years post-PG Senior Resident in Anesthesia in NMC/MCI recognised/permitted/approved Medical College.

For Oto-Rhino Laryngology (E.N.T)-

• The candidate should have M.S.(Oto-Rhino-Laryngology/ENT) with 01-year post PG Senior Resident in ENT. Or
• The candidate should have DNB (ENT) Training from an institution having 500 or more beds from NMC/MCI recognised M.S. (ENT) course with 01 year post-PG Senior Resident in ENT.Or
• The candidate should have DNB (ENT) Training from an institution having less than 500 beds with 02 years post PG Senior Resident in ENT in NMC/MCI recognised/permitted/approved Medical College.

For Oto-Rhino Laryngology (E.N.T)

• The candidate should have M.S.(Oto-Rhino-Laryngology/ENT) with 01-year post PG Senior Resident in ENT. Or
• The candidate should have DNB (ENT) Training from an institution having 500 or more beds from NMC/MCI recognised M.S. (ENT) course with 01 year post-PG Senior Resident in ENT. Or
• The candidate should have DNB (ENT) Training from an institution having less than 500 beds with 02 years post PG Senior Resident in ENT in NMC/MCI recognised/permitted/approved Medical College.

For Ophthalmology-

• The candidate should have M.S.( Ophthalmology) with 01 year post PG Senior Resident in Ophthalmology.Or
• The candidate should have DNB (Ophthalmology) Training from an institution having 500 or more beds from NMC/MCI recognised M.S.( Ophthalmology ) course with 01 year post PG Senior Resident in Ophthalmology. Or
• The candidate should have DNB (Ophthalmology) Training from an institution having less than 500 beds with 02 years post PG Senior Resident in Ophthalmology in NMC/MCI recognised/permitted/approved Medical College.
