OIL Recruitment 2024: Oil India Limited (OIL) is looking for interested and eligible candidates for the position of Director (Human Resources). The candidates selected for the mentioned opportunity will be given a monthly income of Rs.180000 to 340000 (IDA). In accordance with the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2024, the minimum age limit for applying is 45 years and the maximum age limit is as listed below for the Internal candidates and Other candidates. The contenders must have a Graduation degree with good academic records from a recognized Institute or University. The candidates applying for the listed position must have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field.
The term of appointment for OIL Recruitment 2024 will remain valid for an appropriate period of 05 years from the date of joining. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of an Interview conducted by the committee. The official notification of OIL Recruitment 2024 indicates that the candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as per the post’s requirements in all respects may apply online and offline as per the instructions given below. The candidates have to submit their applications along with all the supporting documents as asked by the committee on or before the last date of the submission. The applications received after the due date will not be accepted by the committee.

The candidates selected for OIL Recruitment 2024 will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs.180000 to Rs.340000 in the IDA pattern.
The candidates must be graduates with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute. Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management (PGDM/ PGPM) from a recognized University/ Institute is desirable as per the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2024.
The candidates applying for OIL Recruitment 2024 must have at least 05 years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
The candidates selected for OIL Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for an initial period of at least 05 years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The committee will determine the eligibility of the applicants on the basis of their performance in the Interview scheduled by the committee in order to select the eligible candidates as per the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2024.
As per the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2024, interested and willing candidates may apply online and offline as well. The candidates are instructed to submit their applications before the last date to avoid the last-minute rush.

The total timeline for receipt of applications in PESB is 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in leading National Dailies. The last date for submission of applications by the applicants is 03:00 PM on 01.07.2024. The last date for nodal officers to forward applications to PESB is 03:00 PM on 10.07.2024. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the stipulated date shall be REJECTED.
