For Executive:

The selected candidate for the above post may be appointed anywhere in India.

For Executive Marketing:

The selected candidate for the above post will be placed in Delhi & NCR.

Age Limits for PMBI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the PMBI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the candidate to be eligible should be below the age of 28 years.

Qualification for PMBI Recruitment 2023:

According to the PMBI Recruitment 2023 Notification, qualifications are given below;

For Executive:

Graduation in any discipline except music & fine arts.

Candidate must have excellent writing and oral communication skills.

MBA (Mass Communication/Journalism) will be an added advantage.

For Executive Marketing:

Graduation in any discipline except music & fine arts.

MBA (Sales/Marketing) or equivalent from reputed Institutions/Universities will be an added advantage.

Graduation in any discipline except music & fine arts. MBA (Sales/Marketing) or equivalent from reputed Institutions/Universities will be an added advantage.

Experience for PMBI Recruitment 2023:

Post-wise experiences are given below;

For Executive:

The minimum 01-year experience working in the communication department in any reputed organization. Candidates having experience of working in the Government sector shall be given preference.

For Executive Marketing:

Minimum 01-year experience of working in a Sales/Marketing/Communication department in any reputed organization Candidates having experience in the same profile in the Government sector shall be given preference.

Consolidated Pay for PMBI Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 25,000 per month.

Selection Process for PMBI Recruitment 2023:

The selection process shall be followed by a two-stage process for the selection of candidates for the given post:

1. Initial Screening

2. Personal Interview

Tenure for PMBI Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of 03 years. The contract shall be renewed on satisfactory performance.
