Bosch is hiring an experienced IN_RBIC_CNC Process engineer at their Kharabwadi, Maharashtra location. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Process Specialist for Machining centers

Evaluation and Interpretation of Production Data (OEE, IDC & Productivity)

Set-up, Adjustment and Fine Tuning of Machining Processes

Process Failure Analysis and Implementation of Process-Modifications

Process training for Operators and Staff

Release Procedures for machining process.

Eligibility:

HMC machining processes &

cutting tools

CNC Programming

Statistical process

Control plan & P-FMEA

Excellent English Communication (read/write/speech)

Systematic Problem solving
