PSTET Admit Card Released 2023: Download Admit Card from Official website; Check Latest Updates
PSTET 2023 Admit Card Release: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has published the admit card for the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) on its official website today. Candidates who have applied for the PSTET 2023 examination can check and download their admit cards from their official website via candidate login with the help of Email ID, Password, and Captcha.
The PSTET 2023 will be administered by the State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) on March 12, 2023, in the Computer Based test (CBT)mode. The PSTET is an important exam for teachers in Punjab. The PSEB has released its admit card for the upcoming exam on Thursday, which will be scheduled on March 12, 2023.
The PSTET admission card includes crucial details including the candidate’s name and roll number, the exam day and time, the location of the exam center and other crucial instructions. Candidates must have their PSTET admission card with them to the exam location; otherwise, they will not be permitted to take the test.
PSTET Exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who want to teach students in Class I to V must take Paper 1, while candidates who want to teach students in Class VI to VII must take Paper 2. Both papers are 2.5 hours long and contain 150 multiple choice questions (MCQ) worth one mark each and the qualifying score for PSTET Paper 1 and Paper 2 is 60% which is (90 marks out of 150).
Syllabus for Paper 1:
Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Punjabi), Language II (English), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies are all required courses.
Syllabus for Paper 2:
Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Punjabi), Language II (English), Mathematics and Science (for Mathematics and Science teachers), or Social Studies/Social Science (for Social Studies/Social Science teachers) are required.
The process of downloading the PSTET admit card is simple, and candidates can do so by following the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Go to the Punjab School Education Board’s (PSEB) official website.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “PSTET Admit Card” homepage.
Step 3: Enter your registration number, password, and any other information.
Step 4: Press the “Submit” button.
Step 5: The screen will display your PSTET admit card 2023.
Step 6: Download and take out the printout print of.
Candidates are advised to carefully review all of the information on their admit card. In the event of a discrepancy. Candidates must contact the PSEB immediately to have this issue resolved. Candidates must bring a valid photo ID to the exam center in addition to their PSTET admit card. Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or any other government-issued ID proof are all acceptable photo ID proofs. To avoid any inconvenience, candidates must download and bring their admit cards to the exam center. To avoid any last-minute rush, candidates should arrive at the exam center well before the reporting time specified on their admit card.
