Razorpay Hiring  Experienced Analyst-Business Operations 

Overview:

Razorpay is hiring an experienced Analyst – Business Operations at their Bangalore location. You will own the end to end resolution of the issues raised by merchants and coordinate with Business Managers / Relationship managers for various merchants for issue resolution and regular interaction with merchants.

What will you be doing:

Initiate & maintain regular relationship calls with merchants.

Taking control of the processes and resolution mechanism. Identifying the possible issues, connect with internal & external stakeholders to provide best in class experience to merchants.

Responsible for First response, Resolution TAT and Quality of resolution.

Qualifications for this job:

Knowledge about  CRMs/tools , such as Freshdesk, Sales force, Microsoft 360.

Interpersonal skills – Friendly and pleasant demeanor over phone and email

Communication skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication

Listening skills – Understand, anticipate and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly, helpful manner

Attention to detail and accuracy – Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills

Customer service orientation – Passionate about customers. Cares as much about the customer as the organization. Strong affinity for people and the ability to get along with everyone.

Take initiatives – Quickly and thoroughly solve customer problems when deliveries, transactions or experience do not go 100% as planned.

Minumum of 1-2 years experience in the customer facing/operations role.

Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units
