RCFL Recruitment 2023: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is inviting applications for the post of Technician Trainee (Mechanical /Electrical / Instrumentation) in various Disciplines in unionized categories. The Trainees will be absorbed in Grade II – (A6) after completion of one year of training. There are 66 vacancies for the Posts in total.

Applications are being invited for the Post of Technician (Mechanical /Electrical / Instrumentation) Trainee. There are a total of 66 vacancies for the Posts.

Age-Limit for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

The age of the candidate shall be below 29 years for the Unreserved/EWS category, for SC / ST Category – 34 years, For OBC Category – 32 years Additional Concession for Children/family members of the victims of 1984 riots/ Ex Serviceman – 5 years age etc. shall be 01.12.2022

Qualifications for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

For Technician (Mechanical):

The eligible candidate should hold a:

a) Full-time & Regular Three Years Diploma in (Mechanical/Allied branches of Mechanical) Engineering/Technology and successful completion of
one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973).

or

b) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of Three Years’ Diploma in (Mechanical/Allied branches of Mechanical) Engineering/Technology and successful completion of one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973).

The one-year training (BOAT) should necessarily be completed after passing Diploma in (Mechanical/Allied branches of Mechanical) Engineering /Technology.

Minimum Percentage:

The candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in last year or Average of Aggregate of last two semesters of the Diploma Course (50%
for SC/ST category candidates)

Qualification:

a) 4 years (Eight Semesters) or 3½ years’ (Seven Semesters) full time & regular Diploma in (Mechanical/Allied branches of Mechanical)
Engineering/ Technology under Sandwich pattern.

Or

b) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of 4 years’ (Eight Semesters) or 3½ years’ (Seven
Semesters) full time & regular Diploma in (Mechanical/Allied branches of Mechanical) Engineering/ Technology under Sandwich pattern.

Application Fees for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

The candidates are required to pay non – a refundable application fee of Rs. 700 (Rupees Seven Hundred only) plus bank charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the posts in the Unionized category are required to be paid by General, OBC, and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of the online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through an internet banking account or a credit/ debit card. No other mode of payment of the application fee would be accepted.

The application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are, therefore, advised to verify their eligibility before payment of the application fee. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category candidates are not required to pay any application fee.

Salary for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

As per the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the selected candidates will be undergoing training for One Year and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 9000.

After successful completion of ONE year of training the Trainees will be absorbed in the ‘A6 Grade’ as ‘Technician (Mechanical /Instrumentation /Electrical) Grade II (A6)’ in the pay scale of Rs. 22000 – 60000 and the Gross Salary will be Rs. 43, 076 (Approx.) which includes Basic Pay +VDA (34.8 %) + Perks (34%) + HRA (27 % for class A cities/applicable rates for other places).

Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

The selection process for the positions in the worker’s category of Technician (Mechanical /Instrumentation /Electrical) Trainee comprises of
Online Test and Trade Test.
