RCFL Recruitment 2024: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is inviting diligent and capable candidates for the position of Advisor (Administration) at RCF Thal Unit. The term of appointment on a contractual basis for the selected applicants will be for six months. To apply for the indicated position, the candidates should have experience in the administration department and a minimum of 5 years. The applicants should be under the age of 65 years at the time to apply for the Advisor (Administration) post.
As per the official notification of RCFL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a consolidated lump sum of 80% of the last payment plus DA per month. The selection process is through a Personal Interview. As per the official notification of RCFL Recuitment 2024, the post of an advisor (administration) on a contract basis will be appointed for a period of six months.
The applicant’s age should be below 65 years while applying for the post of Advisor. A superannuated employee shall be engaged as an advisor for a maximum of up to the age of 65 years in the official notification of RCFL Recruitment 2024.
The selected applicants for RCFL Recruitment 2024 will be paid a lump sum salary of 80% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus DA. In addition, other facilities such as medical, TA/DA, sports club, etc. as applicable to her/his last regular employment in RCF.
