RITES Recruitment 2025: RITES Limited is inviting applications from motivated, experienced and well-educated candidates for the positions of Team Leader (Safety), Team Leader (MEP), Project Engineer (MEP), Safety Engineer and Junior Engineer (MEP). In accordance with the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2025, there are a total of 34 vacancies available for the designated above positions. To apply for the opportunity, the maximum age limit of candidates should be 55 years. For the post of Team Leader (Safety), candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering AND a Degree or Diploma in industrial safety recognized by the concerned state government for the purpose of appointment as a Safety Officer as per their respective state rules, as applicable. Candidates applying for the position of Safety Engineer must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering AND a Degree or Diploma in industrial safety recognized by the concerned state government for the purpose of appointment as Safety Officer as per their respective state rules, as applicable (See Below).

In reference to the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2025, the mode of selecting candidates will totally depend on an interview (Technical & Professional proficiency – 65 %; Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%). The appointment of chosen candidates will be purely on a contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until the completion of the assignment, subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Selected candidates shall be liable for posting anywhere in India as per Company requirements and will be paid monthly pay scale between Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 2,00,000. Team Leader (Safety):

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering

AND

  • Degree or Diploma in industrial safety recognized by the concerned state government for the purpose of appointment as Safety Officer as per their respective state rules, as applicable.

Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in high-rise buildings / KWA projects/ shore protection works, etc., with experience in managing and working in the field of health and safety.
    Candidates having OSHA or NEBOSH certification may be preferred.

Team Leader (MEP):

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/ Power Electronics Engineering or any of the combinations in part or whole or its related field.

OR

  • Candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Railways/ Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combinations in part or whole or its related field.

Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in high-rise building projects/KWA projects with experience in handling engineering and overall coordination.
  • Candidates should have a good knowledge of Electrical/ HVAC/ Fire fighting ELV & Plumbing system, including interface coordination.

Project Engineer (MEP):

  • Candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Power Supply/ Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/ Power Electronics Engineering or any of the combinations in part or whole or its related field.

OR

  • Candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Railways/ Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combinations in part or whole or its related field.

Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Electrical/HVAC/ Fire fighting ELV & Plumbing systems, including interface coordination.

Remuneration for RITES Recruitment 2025:

The selected candidates in RITES Recruitment 2025 will be offered monthly remuneration between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 2,00,000. Pay, allowances and perks for the post would be as under:

  • The selected candidates would be paid Basic pay and DA, fixed/variable allowances 23% of Basic Pay, HRA/Lease, Contribution to PF, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act. Other benefits would be: Leave, Maternity Leave, Medical facility, Accident/Death Insurance and Leave Encashment.

Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2025:

  • A minimum of 60% marks for UR/ EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD against reserved posts) in the interview will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for placement on the panel. There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate.
