Post Name and No. of Vacancy for RMS Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of RMS recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the posts of Assistant Master (Science, Mathematics, Social Science, English and Hindi). There are a total of 05 vacancies for the given posts.

 

Age Limit for RMS Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of RMS recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 30 years.

• For ST candidate- 05 years
• For Govt Servants upto five years in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the central government.
• For Ex-Servicemen candidates as per existing government rules.

Qualification for RMS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for RMS Recruitment 2023 must have given below qualifications-

For subjects- (Biology, English, Hindi, History)

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in the concerned subject

Bachelor’s degree in Education from a recognized University or Institution.

For-Art subject-

Bachelor’s degree in Drawing & Pa Art or Fine Arts from a recognized university or institute OR

Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a minimum of four years full-time diploma in Drawing and Painting or Art or Fine Arts from a recognized University or Institution Desirable

Desirable for all subjects-

• Post Graduate in the concerned subject from any recognized University.
• One year of teaching experience from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Minimum senior secondary-level participation in games or sports.
• Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office on a computer.
• CTET.

Selection Procedure for RMS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and interview.

The selection procedure will be a two-day procedure:-

Day 1- Scrutiny of original documents by the School. Candidates are required to produce the following documents in original for scrutiny-

• Certificate of passing and mark list in respect of Class-X, Class-XII, Degree, Post
• Graduation Degree and B.Ed
• Proof of date of birth
• Certificates to prove achievements in CCA, sports and games
• Experience certificate
• Proof of category (ST/EWS), if applicable
• NCC certificate

The candidates will write a self-appraisal of approx 100-150 words on the same day and will submit it for scrutiny. This will include their strength, weakness, achievements, sons for opting for teaching as a profession, and reasons for joining Rashtriya Military School (20 marks)

Day 2- Interview (50 marks)

Teaching Practice for short-listed candidates (20 marks) Experience in Sports & Games (10 marks)

Candidates scoring 50% and above in both self-appraisal and interview will be subjected to the Teaching Practice.
