Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is looking for experienced and qualified candidates to fill the positions of Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the (Civil, Electrical, and S&T) discipline on regular posts. Qualification for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the RVNL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications.

Manager/Civil

• Aspirants must have a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE

Deputy Manager/Electrical

• Candidate should have a Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE

Assistant Manager/Electrical

• Candidate should have a Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade from a reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE
  OR
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute with knowledge of computer operations

Deputy Manager/S&T

• Candidate should have a Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade from a reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE.

Experience for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RVNL Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the given post is mentioned below.

Manager/Civil

• Candidate should have a  minimum 9 years of experience in Railway/Rail infrastructure PSU, autonomous and JVS companies dealing with Railway infrastructure, Metros, NCRTC and High Speed etc.
• Candidate should be presently working in IDA Scale of Rs.400 140000/- or equivalent CDA Scale level-8 either on Regular or Contract Basis for four years,
• Similar situated candidates having above experience and CTC of Rs. 12 Lakhs working for Railway projects as indicated above will also be eligible.

Deputy Manager/Electrical

• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Railway/Rail Infrastructure PSU, autonomous and JVS companies dealing with Railway infrastructure, Metros, NCRTC and High Speed etc.
• Presently working in IDA Scale level-7of Rs.30000- 120000/- or equivalent CDA Scale either on Regular or Contract Basis.
• situated candidates having above Similar situated experience and CTC of Rs. 10 Lakhs working for Railway projects as indicated above will also be eligible.

Assistant Manager/Electrical

For degree holder

• Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Railway/Rail infrastructure PSU, autonomous and JVs companies dealing with Railway infrastructure, Metros, NCRTC High Speed etc.

For diploma holder

• Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Railway/Rail infrastructure PSU, autonomous and JVs companies dealing with Railway infrastructure, Metros, NCRTC and High Speed etc

Deputy Manager/S&T

• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Railway/Rail infrastructure PSU, autonomous and JVs companies dealing with Railway infrastructure, Metros, NCRTC and High Speed etc.
• Presently working in IDA Scale level-7 of Rs.30000-120000/equivalent CDA Scale either on Regular or Contract Basis for four years.
• Similarly situated candidates having the above experience and CTC of Rs. 10 Lakhs working for Railway projects as indicated above will also be eligible.

Selection Procedure for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be contacted for a selection procedure that consists of a written exam and/or interview, per the official RVNL Recruitment 2023 notification.

Salary for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official RVNL Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidate would receive pay between Rs.30000 to Rs. 160000 per month + Allowance + PRP.
