SAIL Recruitment 2023: SAIL is hiring candidates for an engagement as Specialist and GDMO for its Hospitals at Rourkela and at different
Mines under Odisha Group of Mines (OGoM) on a contractual basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, there are 11 Vacant seats available for the assigned posts. Applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of 01 year which may be further extended for a period of 01 year at the discretion of the Company.
The upper age limit for the above-mentioned post is 69 years as per the SAIL Recruitment 2023. The candidate will be working in Cin IGH/OHSC/other units of M&HS Deptt. at Rourkela and in Hospitals of Odisha Group of Mines (OGoM) at Bolani Ore Mines, Bolani, Dist: Keonjhar and Barsuan Iron Mines, Tensa, Dist: Sundergarh. Candidate will be appointed on the basis of their performance in an Interview. As given in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, selected aspirants will get a monthly salary of upto Rs.180000. Eligible aspirants may appear for a walk-in interview which is going to be held on 03.11.2023 to the address given below.
SAIL is now seeking candidates to fill contract positions as Specialists and GDMOs at its hospitals located in Rourkela and at other mines owned by the Odisha Group of Mines (OGoM). There are 11 open seats for the designated positions, as stated in the official SAIL Recruitment 2023 Notification.
Candidates applying for the SAIL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications.
Specialist (ENT)
Specialist (Pulm. Medicine)
GDMO
Specialist (Ophthalmology)
Specialist (Medicine)
The applicant will be appointed for a tenure of one year, which the company may further extend for an additional one year at its discretion. Nonetheless, the longest engagement under the same contract could go no longer than 03 years. The engagement period will be governed by the 70-year maximum age restriction.

The candidate will be employed by the Odisha Group of Mines (OGoM) in hospitals in Bolani Ore Mines, Bolani, Dist: Keonjhar, and Barsuan Iron Mines, Tensa, Dist: Sundergarh, as well as several units of the M&HS Dept. in Rourkela, including Cin IGH, OHSC, and other units.
The official SAIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, those who are chosen will receive a remuneration between Rs.90000 to Rs.180000 per month.
Candidates will be appointed based on their performance in an interview, as detailed in the official SAIL Recruitment 2023 notification.
As per the SAIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, interested and willing candidates may walk in for an interview along with the following certificates/documents in original with a set of self-attested photocopies of the same at New Conference Hall, ISPAT General Hospital, Sector-19, Rourkela – 769005 (Odisha) on 03.11.2023. Candidates need to report to the assigned venue between 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A candidate who fails to produce the certificates/documents in original in support of eligibility will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
