Post Name and Vacancies for SECL Recruitment 2023:

According to SECL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, applications are invited for the Posts of Mining Sirdar, Technical & Supervisory Grade ‘C’ and Dy. Surveyor, and Technical & Supervisory Grade- ‘C’. There are a total of 405 vacancies for the Posts.

Pay Scale for SECL Recruitment 2023:

In view of the SECL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the selected candidate will be paid a Basic Pay per month (10th Wage Agreement)  of Rs. 31852.

Maximum Age Limit for SECL Recruitment 2023:

As has been notified in the SECL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Candidates should be aged, as is explained hereunder:

(i) The candidate must not be less than 18 years of age as of 30.01.2023.

(ii) The candidate must not be more than 30 years of age in the case of UR and EWS as of 30.01.2023.

(iii) The candidates must not be more than 33 years of age in the case of the OBC (NCL) category and must not be more than 35 years of age in the case of the SC/ST category as of 30.01.2023.

(iv) The Persons with Disabilities candidate (For the post of Dy. Surveyor only) must not be more than 40 years of age in case of UR and 43 years in case of OBC-NCL candidates and 45 years for SC/ST candidates as on 30.01.2023.

Minimum Qualification for SECL Recruitment 2023:

For Mining Sirdar, Technical & Supervisory Grade — ‘C’

1. Matriculation or Equivalent Examination passed from Govt. a recognized Board.

2. Valid Mining Sirdar ship Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) issued by DGMS, Dhanbad.

3. Valid First Aid & Gas Testing Certificate

OR

1. Matriculation or Equivalent Examination passed from Govt. a recognized Board.

2. Diploma in Mining Engineering of 3 years duration from any recognized Institute.

3. Valid Overman Certificate of competency (Un- Restricted) * issued by DGMS, Dhanbad or any other certificate of competency in Mining issued by DGMS, Dhanbad which entitles the applicant to work as Mining Sirdar as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017 for working in both Open Cast (OC) & Under Ground (UG) Mines.

4. Valid First Aid & Gas Testing Certificate.

For Dy. Surveyor, Technical & Supervisory Grade ‘C’:

1. Matriculation or Equivalent Examination passed from Govt. a recognized Board.

2. Valid Survey Certificate of competency (Un- Restricted) * issued by DGMS Coal Mines Regulation 2017 for working in both Open Cast (OC) & Under Ground (UG) coal mines.

Application Fees for SECL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates belonging to GENERAL (UR) / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer) /EWS category are required to pay a Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 1000 plus applicable GST — Rs. 180 totaling Rs. 1180(Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Eighty only). Any other tax or bank charges will be borne by the candidate.

The SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/ PwD-BD/ Women/ Employees of Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries are exempted from payment of the Application fee.

How to Apply for SECL Recruitment 2023:

As may be read in the SECL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their applications through online mode.

After applying online, the candidate is required to take the printout of the Application Form and the duly signed printout of the filled-in online application should be sent to General Manager (PIMP), SECL, Seepat Road, Bilaspur (CG), Pin -495 006 through Registered Post / Speed Post on or before 07.03.2023 (05:00 PM).

The Last Date of Submission of Online Application – 23/02/2023 (11:59 PM)

The Last date of deposit /Payment of Application fees – is 24/02/2023
