SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Check Posts, Qualification and Other Details
SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) acts as the Principal Financial Institution for the Promotion, Financing and Development of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector. SIDBI is looking for eligible candidates for the posts of Chief Technical Advisor, Deputy Chief Technology Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), Legal Advisor cum General Counsel, Deputy Legal Advisor, Legal Associate cum Counsel (LAcC), Consultant CA (Credit Analyst), Audit Consultant, Consultant CA (Govt. Programmes) and Economic Advisor on a contractual basis. There are a total of 15 vacancies for the given post. The upper age limit is different for every post which is given below. The remuneration would be market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be mutually decided on a case-to-case basis.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The upper age limit to apply for SIDBI Recruitment 2023 is given below-
For Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) and Economic Advisor- The maximum age limit is 50 years.
For Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Legal Advisor- The maximum age limit is 45 years.
For Chief Human Resource Officer- Candidates between the age of 50 to 57 years can apply.
For Legal Advisor- The maximum age limit is 55 years.
For Legal Associate, Consultant CA, Audit Consultant Consultant CA (GP)- The maximum age limit is 35 years.
The remuneration would be market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be mutually decided on a case-to-case basis.
The CTC offered is negotiable. Annual CTC will depend upon the Experience & Emoluments of candidates in the present employment and place of posting. Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate. Annual increment on CTC finalized initially, shall also be considered by the Bank based on the performance review.
For Chief Technical Advisor- Graduation in Engineering in Civil / Electrical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Ist Class from a recognized University. Postgraduates in the same discipline will be preferred.
Experience- Minimum 20 years in execution and supervision of civil construction work and/or civil maintenance of office buildings/commercial buildings/residential Complexes with basic knowledge of RCC design and other civil works, working knowledge of computers, experience in preparation of tenders for civil works, etc. (as on December 31, 2022).
For Deputy Chief Technology Officer- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Premium Institutes MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience– At least 18+ years of experience with Information Technology Out of the above, minimum 12 years of overall postqualification experience in IT with a regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/platforms/applications for the BFSI industry.
For Legal Advisor, Deputy Legal Advisor and Legal Associate – Degree in law (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognized university in India.
Experience- Minimum 15 years of work Experience, which may be in a Commercial Bank/FI OR other reputed Corporate/Organizations/Government Bodies OR Practicing Advocate having a minimum of 15 years of experience including experience in extending legal opinion.
For Consultant CA- C.A. /ICWA from a recognized educational Institution in India OR The candidate must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks along with MBA / PGDBM/PGDM from a recognized educational Institution in India.
Experience– At least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given for experience in operational departments viz. appraisal of loan proposals, etc.

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.
