Overview:

Siemens is hiring an experienced Sr. Process Associate – Opportunity to Cash at their Bangalore location. You will ensure all the requests are addressed to customer satisfaction and timely closure and will be monitoring and reviewing requests daily and updating the stakeholders at regular intervals.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attend and respond to the received requests from customers.
• Understand the requests and channelize them to the respective stakeholders.
• Interact with internal stakeholders & and customers for updates.
• Be a bridge between the stakeholders and the customer.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate with good academic records.
• Preferably worked in Banking, finance, or accounting.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years.
• Basic knowledge and exposure to financial services (especially, loan lending and related activities).
• Familiar with general office IT tools/applications (MS Office tools, Outlook…etc.).
• Quick learner, smart working, and willing to contribute to the goals of the organization.
• Fluency in English, hands-on experience in understanding requests, good communication skills (written English, emails/call handling experience) to deal with customers and related stakeholders.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
