Sports Authority of India Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) National Institute of Sports, Patiala is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of services of retired persons as Consultants (Accounts). The selected candidate shall be appointed on a contract basis initially for a period of one year, which can be extended from a year-to-year basis up to a maximum of 5 years or till the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. As per the official notification of Sports Authority of India Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy for the given post.

SAI is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Consultant (Account). As per the official notification of Sports Authority of India Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy in this given post.
As per the official notification of SAI Recruitment 2023, the age of the candidate shall not exceed 65 years for retired Central / State Government Officers as on the closing date of receipt of applications for appointment on a contract basis.
As per the official notification, the education qualification required for the post is the candidate should be a retired candidate appointed in Pay Level-07 in Accounts /Audit Department or Completed 5 years’ service in Accounts /Audit Department before retirement in Level 06 as per 7th CPC in Central/State Government /Union Territories offices /PSUs /Autonomous Bodies /Statutory Bodies under Central /State Government.
Desirable:
The candidates are required to hold a B. Com / M. Com background.
The candidate should have knowledge of working on computers. He/She should be able to work on the Tally program & MS Office.
According to the official notification of Sports Authority of India Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be paid a fixed monthly amount that shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. No annual increment/percentage increase and Deafness Allowance shall be allowed during the contract.

The candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be called for an interview and the selection will be made based on the recommendations of the duly appointed Selection/ Interview Committee.
