SSC Recruitment 2022: The Staff Selection Commission has invites applications to conduct an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Constable (General Duty) in the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) and Sepoy in NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau as per the Recruitment Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and as per the Memorandum of
Understanding signed between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Staff Selection Commission. The recruitment process will consist of Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination, and Document Verification. Age-Limit for SSC Recruitment 2022:

The age of the candidate shall be between 18-23 years as of 01-01-2023. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-2000 and later than 01-01-2005 in the normal course. However, after a relaxation of three (03) years in upper age, the candidate should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1997.

Note: Due to the unprecedented ‘Covid Pandemic’, it has been decided by the Government to grant three (03) years of age relaxation beyond the respective prescribed upper age limit for all categories of candidates as a one-time measure for this recruitment.

Essential Qualifications for SSC Recruitment 2022:

The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.

Pay Scale for SSC Recruitment 2022:

Pay Level–1 (Rs.18,000 to 56,900) for the post of Sepoy in NCB

Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) for all other posts.
