Tamil Nadu Board Class 10th Result 2024: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu is responsible for conducting the exam for Tamil Nadu Board Class 10th. The exam for Tamil Nadu Board Class 10th was held between 26th March to 8th April 2024. According to last year’s data, a total of 9,14,000 students appeared for the exam and the overall pass percentage was 91.39. Students can access their results online by entering their details.
The Tamil Nadu Board Class 10th result is going to be out Today (10th May 2024) at 9:30 am. The Tamil Nadu Board Class 10th Result will consist of details such as the student’s name, the name of the board, the name of the result, the registration number, the subject-wise internal marks, the subject-wise theory marks, the subject-wise practical marks, the subject-wise qualifying status (pass/fail), the TN 12th Result 2024 status (pass/fail), and the total marks. Additionally, the result will also indicate the student’s overall grade for the exam based on their performance in each subject.
DGE records show that roughly 9 lakh 14 thousand students took the Class 10 board exam in 2023. The overall pass rate for class 10 SSLC students was 91.39%, up from 90.07% the year before. The board declared 23,971 students to have failed. Girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 94.66% versus 88.16%. A total of 89 English students, 320 Social Studies students, 3584 Science students, and 3649 Mathematics students received 100% marks.

The Tamil Nadu Board allows students to seek for re-totalling or re-evaluation of their TN 10th Result 2024. The board will release applications for revaluation once the TN SSLC Result 2024 is declared. Students can apply by completing the prescribed form and paying a fee of Rs 250. Students should be aware that only increases in marks will be considered.
Some students may be unable to pass a subject on the Tennessee SSLC exam. Such candidates may apply for the Tamil Nadu 10th Supplementary Examinations. Applications for the TN supplemental examinations 2024 will be made available through the different schools. Students must pay the specified fee as the TN 10th supplementary examination application fee. The Tamil Nadu 10th Result 2024 for Supplementary Exams will be released in July 2024.
