Paytm is hiring an experienced Tele Sales – Senior Associate ( Insurance) at their Noida location. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to assist customers in the sale of a diverse range of financial products through calls. This dynamic role requires a combination of effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
• Providing end-to-end sales and Services while coordinating with cross-departments or insurers.
• Solving all product and sales-related information of the customers via calls & emails.
• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
• Meeting and exceeding SLA targets as assigned periodically.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

Skills:

• Min 6 months experience in Sales /Health Insurance Experience Preferred).
• Should have worked on Ticketing tools like freshdesk/Zendesk.
• Should be Confident & Dynamic.
• Should have a bent toward Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Team Player, Quick learner, creative and achiever.
• Passionate about work output
