Ten New Securities Listed on NSE: Check the List
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has announced that, from April 8, 2025, newly issued shares of 10 companies will be available for trading.
The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has issued a circular (Download Ref No: NSE/CML/67481, Circular Ref No: 0603/2025, dated April 07, 2025) announcing the listing of further issues of shares from ten companies on the Capital Market segment.
These include Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, Balaji Telefilms Limited, Brainbees Solutions Limited, GTL Infrastructure Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Indegene Limited, IndoStar Capital Finance Limited, Jana Small Finance Bank Limited, Laxmi Organic Industries Limited and Sai Life Sciences Limited.
As per Regulation 3.1.1 of NSE's (Capital Market) Trading Regulations Part A, the list of securities newly approved for trading on the NSE (Capital Market segment) from April 08, 2025, along with their designated codes, is listed in the Annexure of the circular.
According to Regulation 2.5.5 of the National Stock Exchange (Capital Market) Trading Regulations Part A, the respective lot sizes in respect of securities above shall be as specified in the Annexure of the circular.
For trading purposes, each security will be recognized only by its designated code and will be traded in the lot sizes mentioned in the Annexure of the circular.
These rules will be effective starting April 8, 2025.
