In accordance with the official notification of TIFR recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Scientific Officer, Administrative Assistant, Clerk, Work Assistant, Project Scientific Officer and Library Trainee. There are a total of 19 vacancies for the given posts.

Age Limit for TIFR Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of TIFR recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

Scientific Officer, Work Assistant, Project Scientific Officer, Clerk and Library Trainee- The maximum age limit is 28 years.

Administrative Assistant- The maximum age limit is 33 years.

Administrative Assistant (ST)- The maximum age limit is 38 years.

Clerk (OBC)- The maximum age limit is 31 years.

Salary for TIFR Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of TIFR recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 89900.

Scientific Officer- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 85556.

Administrative Assistant- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 64938.

Clerk- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 41785.

Work Assistant- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 32877

Project Scientific Officer- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 89900

Library Trainee- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 22000.

Qualification for TIFR Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for TIFR Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

Scientific Officer-

• Full Time Masters degree in Science (M.Sc/M.S.) from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks OR Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks.
• Minimum 6 months experience of work in any reputed Archives OR Art Collection OR Museum.

Administrative Assistant-

• Graduate from a recognised University /Institute with aggregate of 55% marks.
• Proficiency in word processing/data base/accounting procedures.
• 5 years’ experience in Accounts/ Purchase/ Stores in a large and reputed organization.

Clerk-

• Graduate from a recognised University/Institute with aggregate of 50% marks.
• Knowledge of typing.
• Knowledge of use of personal computers and application – supported by certificates from the government recognized institutions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in clerical duties and correspondence in large and reputed organization.

Work Assistant-

• S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central/State Board Examinations).
• Minimum One year experience in office work

Project Scientific Officer-

• Full-time Degree in M.Sc. Electronics (with aggregate of 60% marks) from a recognized university/ institute OR Full-time Degree in B.E./B.Tech. Electronics and communication Engineering (with aggregate of 60% marks) from a recognized university/institute.

Library Trainee-

• Graduate from recognised University/Institute (Science preferable) &
• B.Lib. from a recognized University/Institute.

Selection Procedure for TIFR Recruitment 2023:
