UGC NET 2024: The University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC NET), is one of the biggest exams in the nation and is administered twice a year. The results of this exam determine a candidate’s eligibility for junior research fellowships and lectureships.
The last date to Apply for the NTA UGC NET June 2024 Examination is 10th May 2024. Candidates who meet the requirements can register for the examination till 10th May 2024 at ugcnet.nta.ac.in, the official website.
The examination fee must be successfully paid by 11th May 2024 and 12th May 2024, up till 11:50 p.m., using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI payment method. The window for corrections will be open from 13th May 2024 to 15th May 2024. On 18th June 2024, the UGC NET examination is planned to take place. The exam will be held for a duration of 3 hours.

How to fill Online Registration Form for UGC NET 2024:
The following procedures must be followed in order to successfully register for the UGC NET June 2024:
- To begin the application procedure, candidates must visit the official UGC NET website.
- To begin the online registration process, enter your email address and mobile number. Make a note of the application number that the system generates.
- Once you have registered, fill out the necessary information as directed, including your personal data, your educational background, and your exam center preference.
- As instructed in the application requirements, submit scanned copies of your most current photo and signature.
- Use your favorite online payment method to finish paying the cost.
- Once the payment has been made, submit the application and print the confirmation page for your records.

Exam Date for UGC NET 2024:
The National Testing Agency has officially announced the date and time of the June 2024 UGC NET exam. It will take place on 18th June 2024, in two shifts of three hours each, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 03:00 pm to 6:00 pm. First shift reporting times are 7:30 am and 1:30 pm, respectively.

- Examination Mode: Computer-Based Test
- Duration: 3 hours.
- Types of Questions: Objective, multiple-choice questions.
- Papers: Papers I and II
- Total: 300 marks
- Number of questions: 150. (Paper I: 50 questions; Paper II: 100 questions.)
- Language: The question papers are in Hindi and English.
- Marking Scheme: 2 marks for each right response.
- Negative marking: There is no negative marking for bad answers.
