Unilever Hiring Experienced Manager for Product & Data SME 

Overview:

Unilever is hiring an experienced Manager – Product & Data SME at their Bangalore location. This role is tasked to deliver the data foundations needed to deliver maximum value from data to drive business and organisational performance for NRM and Pricing Analytics products.

What will you be doing:

Acknowledge the data requirements and assess the gaps in data availability by liaising with product, market & source

Liaise with internal Data COE teams & 3rd parties in data assessments, data pilots and data delivery

Work with Factory teams to plan and deliver data ingestions in UDL and BDL

Work with marketing agencies like Nielsen, IRI, Kantar to address data requirements across NRM and UPose Products across markets and categories, globally.

Work with the Product Managers & Engagement teams to ensure that data foundation demands are captured and delivered to be consumed by the products as per the product go-live roadmap

Assist the business in change impact assessments and development of change management plans in data delivery

Qualifications for this Job:

Experience in driving business value realisation from data and business intelligence preferred

Experience working with Marketing (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, etc.) and Finance datasets

Azure experience (ADF, ADB)

Strong track record of working with senior business management to drive definition, alignment, data operating foundations to address complex business questions

Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously in a highly VUCA and ruthless market
