United Breweries Limited has disclosed that it has received a GST order dated February 26, 2026, issued by the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Raigad, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, imposing a demand amounting to Rs 31.88 Crore (GST of Rs 15.94 crore and an equivalent penalty). The company had received the said order on March 12, 2026.

It further clarified that the issuance of the aforementioned order does not impact its financial, operational, or other activities.
