• Candidates must have experience in Company Law, Arbitration Matters, service matters, contracts, and civil and criminal law.
• Candidates must have exposure to employee disciplinary matters.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in drafting contracts, pleadings, contract law, drafting of deeds, licenses and permissions, agreements, legal documents preparation and also experience in appearing before courts, tribunals, arbitrators etc. for contesting/defending the cases.
