UPSC Recruitment 2024: UPSC Recruitment Process cancelled for 67 Vacancies

UPSC Recruitment 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the government institution in charge of recruiting officers for the country’s civil service. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC Selection Post Recruitment recruitment of 322 diverse positions on its official website. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced a notification for multiple positions as advertised in the Employment News from 25th May to 31st May 2024. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 322 positions, including roles such as Deputy Superintending Archaeological Chemist, Deputy Superintending Archaeologist, Civil Hydrographic Officer, Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor in Forensic Medicine, and Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor.  The last date of application submission for these posts by 13th June 2024.

To which the UPSC issued a Public Notice on its official website yesterday i.e., 3rd June 2024 stating that the recruitment process for 67 (sixty-seven) (SC-10, ST-04, OBC-18, EWS-06, and UR-29) vacancies of Deputy Superintending Archaeologist in the Archaeological Survey of India, Level-10, General Central Service, Group-A, Gazetted (Non-Ministerial), Ministry of Culture, has been cancelled.

This recruitment procedure has been cancelled due to administrative reasons. On 25th May 2024, the Commission advertised the position on its website as well as in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar (Commission’s Advertisement No. 10/2024 at Item No. 2 and Vacancy No. 24051002425).
