Vacancy for Consultant – Customer Care at Dream 11

Overview:

Dream 11 is hiring an experienced Consultant – Customer Care (Partner Location). The on-location SPOC is responsible for physically monitoring and overseeing activities that require in-person presence at our partner locations in Noida & Bangalore. This role involves ensuring compliance, quality control, and effective execution of tasks that cannot be performed remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Conducting on-location inspection of hygiene aspects like floor and training attendance, shift adherence, reasons for shrinkage, etc.
• Ensuring adherence to hiring guidelines by being present through the critical selection phases
• Evaluating physical evidence of compliance to Training and quality processes through sit-ins in training sessions, quality feedback, floor briefings, etc.
• Documenting, highlighting, and escalating all relevant findings to Dream11 team in a timely manner and track adherence to action plans

Qualifiers:

• At least four years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in the role of a Team Leader
• Experience working in a BPO set up
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Comfortable working six days a week and in rotational shifts
