Coca-Cola is hiring an experienced Production Operator at their Pune location. The Production Operator plays a key role in the identification of performance issues and actively contributes to the resolution of problems and the continuous improvement of the plant performance. This is accomplished through strict adherence to prescribed equipment operating parameters, closely monitoring the performance of the process equipment, and taking action to reduce occurrences of both efficiency and/or material losses. Production Operator II is on the front lines of our success, and you will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks, which include operatingthe packaging equipment and periodically provide relief for other operators, while reporting and identifying any problems on the production line.
• Utilizecomputer terminals, which include OIT Screen software, and utilize Laboratory Information System (LIS) terminals to track downtime.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on lift trucks as required.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)Autonomous Maintenance
• Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all casing equipment, including marsh printers, bar coding systems, and print & apply
• Complete the necessary conveyor adjustments for changeovers and make minor packaging equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as a Production Operator
• Good math and communication skills are
• Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
• Must be experienced and able to learn operator OIT control
• Prior knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment is
• Must possessa mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor
• Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming products, and employ corrective
• The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
• Must be able to work a daily schedule of 8.5 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch, with overtime and extended hours as requiredand work any shift as
